Mission

The mission of Rapides Parish Housing Authority (RPHA) is to meet our community’s housing needs by providing decent, safe and affordable housing.  It is our goal to promote self-sufficiency and personal growth.   It is RPHA’s belief that housing is a basic right and the substance for a successful life.  We are committed to serving the rural Rapides Parish in a manner that demonstrates professionalism, care and consideration.
